The Hypnosis for Childbirth the programme consists of three sessions which take place prior to the birth. These sessions, and the hypnosis CD's that you will be given, prepare you for the birth - you do not need to have me at the birth (sighs of relief all round...)
Sessions can commence no earlier than week 32 of the pregnancy. Sessions cover specific fears about birth, preparation for childbirth and self-hypnosis ('glove anaesthesia' for pain relief during the birth). Partners are welcome to attend at session one. The three session course costs £150 including cd's for use at home prior to birth and during labour. My certification was provided by David Kato and Mindtech Productions and is accredited by the (British) National Register of Advanced Hypnotherapists.
